CrossLife Property operates multipurpose event locations across the northern Gold Coast suitable for celebrations of all occasions.
With the capacity to hold between 10-350 attendees, venues are fully equipped to host a range of events of all sizes. From morning teas and family celebrations to public and community events, our event locations are available at a price to suit your budget.
With easy access to public transport routes and the M1 Pacific Motorway and Gold Coast Highway, locations in Upper Coomera, Helensvale, and Southport couldn’t be more convenient!

Venues are comfortable and fully equipped with the latest audiovisual equipment to increase productivity and make sure all attendees get the most out of the day. For smaller group work, breakout rooms are also available.

Memorial Services

The end of life celebration of a loved one can be a positive experience giving family and friends one final opportunity to pay their ongoing respects. Video presentations can be displayed on multiple screens and full catering facilities will make sure all guests say goodbye in comfort.

The Well Community Centre

58 Highland Way, Upper Coomera

The Well features a large multi-purpose function centre/auditorium (430 m2), pre-function area, flexible Educational Rooms (100 m2 to 230 m2), art studio, recording studio, music room, two meeting rooms/interview rooms and a Boardroom available for hire. Facilities include audio and visual equipment, kitchen and servery. There are also outdoor areas that can be used for breakout sessions and children’s birthday parties.

The facility is located next to Highland Reserve State School, on Highland Way, Upper Coomera. The site has extensive shared parking available.

The Function Centre is located within the heart of The Well and is an ideal venue for functions, concerts, meetings and community events.

An in-built sound and lighting system is available within the Centre along with a food preparation kitchen and servery in the pre-function area. A hirer-controlled sound and audio system is available; as well as a full-service light, audio and visual system together with sound/light technician. Hire charges apply to various equipment and professional technical services.

The following capacities for each area are approximate based on two room set-up styles: theatre style and meeting room style.

The Boardroom 3.02 is only available as a boardroom set-up as it has a fixed boardroom table.  The meeting room, interview room and classrooms have tables that are able to be moved.

Individual classrooms are also available for hire in conjunction with the play/outdoor area for children’s birthday parties and are a great option due to the closeness of bathroom facilities and the fenced playground.

Helensvale features a function centre with kitchenette, two toilet blocks, one with a disabled toilet, parents room, upstairs meeting room, undercover breakout outdoor area and closed in grassed area for children.

The facility is located at 23 Discovery Drive, Helensvale. The site has shared parking available and is not far from Helensvale Town Centre, and Westfield Helensvale, which is next to the Helensvale transit node (light rail, trains and bus interchange). There is also a bus stop directly outside of the venue.

Across the road is Helensvale Bowls Club, and there is a Coles, cafés and other small retail shops within walking distance at Helensvale Town Centre. There is also a park across the road with BBQ facilities and a playground.

Lakeside Community Centre

Lakeside features a function hall with kitchenette that can hold up to 85 people seated cinema style as well as a playground with cubby house and sandpit. The function hall is also available for meetings, exercise and dance classes. Should you require a larger venue, or meeting rooms, please see the listing for The Well, which has a greater variety of rooms for hire.

The facility is located next to the lake at 25 Rose Valley Drive in Upper Coomera. The site has shared parking available and includes a café, convenience store, a child care centre and commercial tenancies. The park is also within walking distance which includes BBQs and a children’s playground.

Lakeside Community Centre was built in 2012 by CrossLife – a baptist church to serve the Upper Coomera and Highland Reserve community and the northern Gold Coast.

The Southport Campus features 2 auditoriums, the main on the ground floor and second upstairs, kitchen, new toilet block including disabled toilet and parents room, fenced in grassed area, and breakout/meeting room.

The main auditorium has direct access to the kitchen, toilets and meeting room on the main level of the building, as well as the outside grassed area.

The facility is located on Nerang Southport Road, within walking distance to a light rail station and local bus stop. The site has parking onsite and also in the local streets.
